Origin
Spain, Vino de Mesa. This classification allows flexible sourcing of grapes, giving the winemaker greater freedom in production. The designation “Vino de Mesa” is the simplest form of territorial classification for wine. However, this does not mean lower quality. Instead, it grants winemakers more freedom in choosing the origin of their grapes or allows the use of grapes that exceed the harvest limits of protected appellations.
