CAUTIU BRUT

Cava Cautiu Brut Imperial is an elegant Spanish sparkling wine made from the grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. It matures for 14 months in the bottle, resulting in a fine, delicate mousse and a fresh, vibrant flavor.

Sensory Profile

In the glass, the Cava shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. The bubbles are fine and persistent. On the nose, citrus aromas—especially grapefruit—unfold, accompanied by subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and well balanced, with flavors of white fruit and an elegant acidity. The finish is long and refreshing.

Serving Suggestion

Catavento pairs perfectly with summer salads, sushi, light fish dishes, and shrimp risotto. It also works beautifully as an aperitif. The ideal serving temperature is between 7 °C and 10 °C.

Origin

Cava Cautiu Brut Imperial is produced in Catalonia, a region renowned for its high-quality Cavas. The grapes thrive in limestone-rich soils that lend the sparkling wine its distinctive freshness and minerality.
